Do you help with LLC setup and licensing?
We walk you through the decisions and the sequence, and coordinate with an attorney or CPA when the situation calls for one. We do not give legal or tax advice.
What should a new business set up first?
A separate business bank account, a bookkeeping system, defensible pricing, one clear offer, and a simple website that can take an inquiry. Everything else can wait.
