Sigma starts with a $249 discovery session that includes a written action plan. If you want ongoing help after that, ongoing engagements are scoped after that conversation — a monthly fee, a share of the upside, or a mix, depending on how much of the work we take on.
Do you work with businesses outside of Owasso and Tulsa?
Yes. Local clients get in-person sessions; everyone else works with us remotely by video and shared documents.
How long before I see results?
The action plan arrives within about a week of discovery. Most owners implement the first two or three fixes inside 30 days — usually cash and time wins before anything structural.
