SIGMA STARTUP BUNDLE
SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sigma International, LLC, doing business as Sigma International (“Sigma,” “we,” “us”), and the individual or business identified at checkout or below (“Client,” “you”). By checking the acknowledgment box during checkout and completing payment, or by signing below, Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, effective as of the date of first payment (the “Effective Date”).
1. Services Included
The Sigma Startup Bundle (“Bundle”) is an ongoing business consulting engagement. Client’s $149/month fee covers Sigma’s continued delivery of the following services for as long as this Agreement remains active — it is not a one-time fee for the website alone:
A 3-page website, built and hosted on Sigma’s GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, including ongoing hosting and minor maintenance
QuickBooks Online setup assistance (the QuickBooks subscription itself is billed directly by Intuit and is not included in this Agreement or its fee)
Business plan development assistance
Up to 30 minutes per month of accountability and coaching discussion, delivered using Sigma’s Startup Operating System framework
These services continue on an ongoing basis. The monthly fee is not reduced or discontinued once the website is complete — it reflects Sigma’s continued delivery of hosting, coaching, and support described above for as long as Client remains active

Anything not listed above — including messaging, calling, phone numbers, additional website pages, additional coaching, and SEO — is billed separately per Sections 5 and 6.
2. Term
This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for an initial term of twelve (12) months (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term reflects Sigma’s upfront investment in launching Client’s engagement — including website design, development, and setup — which Sigma recovers over the course of the engagement while continuing to deliver the ongoing services described in Section 1. After the Initial Term ends, this Agreement automatically converts to a month-to-month agreement at the same monthly fee, which either party may cancel per Section 8 with 30 days’ written notice and no further obligation.
3. Fees & Payment
Client agrees to pay $149/month for the Bundle, billed automatically to the payment method provided at checkout, beginning on the Effective Date and continuing monthly thereafter unless this Agreement is terminated as described below. This fee covers only the services listed in Section 1.
4. Website Hosting & Platform
The Bundle website is built and hosted on Sigma’s GoHighLevel account. Client does not own, control, or have direct administrative access to the underlying GHL sub-account. If this Agreement ends for any reason, Client’s website will be taken offline and access removed. Client has two options to keep the website live after this Agreement ends:
Obtain Client’s own GoHighLevel subscription using Sigma’s affiliate link — Sigma will transfer the completed website build to Client’s own account at no additional transfer fee; or
Decline to transfer — in which case the website and any related automations are deactivated at the end of the notice/termination period, and Client is responsible for rebuilding a website elsewhere.
5. Messaging, Calling & Phone Numbers (Not Included)
Email, SMS/text messaging, outbound and inbound phone calls, and phone numbers are not included in the $149/month Bundle fee. If Client opts in, usage is billed separately at Sigma’s then-current rates, currently:
Text/SMS messages: $0.02 per message segment (approximately 160 characters per segment), sent or received
Email sends: $1.20 per 1,000 emails
Phone calls: $0.03 per minute
Phone numbers purchased through Client’s account: $1.75/month for a local number, $3.25/month for a toll-free number
These rates reflect current third-party platform and carrier costs and may change over time; Sigma will provide reasonable notice of any rate change. Client may opt out of messaging and calling services at any time; opting out does not affect the remaining terms of this Agreement.
6. Add-On Services & Upgrades
Additional website pages beyond the 3 included in the Bundle: $80/page (one-time)
Additional coaching upgrade: $100/month for up to 1 additional hour of coaching per month, beyond the accountability time included in Section 1
SEO add-on: $75/month, may be added at any time
Basic automation setup assistance is included as part of the Bundle. Automation work exceeding 1 hour per month is billed at $25/hour.
Add-ons and upgrades may be added or removed at any time and do not extend, modify, or restart the Initial Term in Section 2. One-time services are quoted and invoiced separately before work begins.
7. Upgrades
Client may upgrade to any Sigma package, or add any of the add-ons in Section 6, at any time. No additional setup fee will be charged for upgrading — the setup work already completed under the Bundle is credited toward the upgraded package’s scope.
8. Early Termination
This Agreement is for a 12-month Initial Term to allow Sigma to recover its upfront investment in launching Client’s engagement, described in Section 2, while continuing to deliver the services in Section 1 throughout that term. If Client cancels this Agreement before the end of the Initial Term for any reason other than a price increase under Section 9, the entire remaining balance of the Initial Term ($149 × the number of months remaining) becomes immediately due and payable in full.
9. Price Increases
If Sigma raises the Bundle’s monthly price during Client’s Initial Term, Sigma will give Client at least 30 days’ written notice before the new price takes effect. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time during that 30-day notice period without triggering the early-termination balance described in Section 8. If Client does not cancel within the notice period, the new price applies and this Agreement continues under its existing terms.
10. Termination for Non-Payment
Sigma may suspend or terminate services and website access immediately if any payment is more than 15 days past due. Suspension or termination for non-payment does not waive the remaining Initial-Term balance described in Section 8, which remains due.
11. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Content, copy, images, and materials Client provides remain Client’s property. The website design, build, templates, automations, and any Sigma-proprietary systems, frameworks, or processes used to deliver the Bundle remain the property of Sigma. Client receives a license to use the website and related materials only while this Agreement is active, subject to Section 4.
12. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party’s non-public business information confidential and to use it only as needed to perform this Agreement.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Sigma provides coaching, consulting, and website/marketing services. Sigma does not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, lead volume, or result from participation in the Bundle.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma’s total liability arising out of this Agreement is limited to the fees Client paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Sigma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
15. Independent Contractor
Sigma is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Sigma and Client.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any order form, invoice, or checkout summary Client receives, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Bundle and supersedes any prior discussions or proposals. Sigma may revise these standard terms for future clients; any change affecting Client’s active Agreement will be handled under Section 9 if it involves a price increase, or communicated in writing for any other material change.
18. Acceptance
Online checkout: By checking the box below and completing payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Sigma Startup Bundle Service Agreement in full.
